Refund policy

Please ensure that any discrepancies in your order are promptly reported within seven days of receiving it. Ensure to note the name of your Sales Consultant who assisted with your return and provided a return authorisation number. These discrepancies will be recorded in our system for efficient account management. Please be aware that returns or exchanges will not be accepted after seven days from the order receipt date.

For issues reported after seven days that are not attributable to Tanah Essential Oil Company, a 20% restocking fee will apply. If a return or refund is required, it must be initiated within two months of the invoice date. Returns will be processed within this 2-month timeframe.

Should clients need to return items via Australia Post, the reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in the refund/credit, exclusively if the error is on the part of Tanah Essential Oil Company. Please provide comprehensive tracking details, such as an airway bill or tracking number, to monitor the return process.

Suppose Tanah Essential Oil Company is responsible for an error in a written or website order, whether invoicing or packing; we will happily cover the cost of the return shipment. Should the customer request an expedited re-dispatch, payment for the goods will be required at the time of re-order placement? This payment will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods.

Errors made by clients while placing orders can be rectified if reported within seven days, and the products remain unopened. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned goods must be in a resalable condition. The cost of return freight will be the customer's responsibility, with the restocking price covering the time and labour involved in processing the return at the warehouse.

Please take care to securely re-pack the goods for return and include a letter indicating your invoice number, name, contact details, and the reason for the return. When requesting a credit or replacement, provide detailed information about the items being returned to facilitate accurate and prompt processing.

To qualify for a credit or refund, all returned goods/products must be unused upon return to Tanah Essential Oil Company. Kindly note that cancellations and returns for change-of-mind items are not accepted.
