Tanah Essential Oil Company holds accounts with Australia Post and several prominent courier firms. We will coordinate shipping through these accounts on your behalf unless you prefer to use your courier. Should you opt for your courier, we cannot assume liability for any loss or damage incurred once the goods depart our warehouse. To utilise your courier, kindly provide your national/international account number and the courier's contact details in the "Special Instructions / Comments" section when placing your order.
For your convenience, we consolidate postage costs for multiple purchases.
We offer a Fixed Postage Cap that applies to any quantity or size of items you intend to purchase. This cost is automatically assigned to your order once you finalise your selections and proceed through the checkout process.
All orders are dispatched within two working days from the date of order and payment, excluding public holidays. Tracking numbers will be furnished for all orders. Unless specific legal or specification documents are requested, Tanah Essential Oil Company does not levy handling or packing fees.
All orders must be inspected and lodged within seven days of receipt. Any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be promptly reported.
Please note that when the chosen courier service is unavailable or encountering delivery delays, Tanah Essential Oil Company may need to employ an alternate courier or delivery method to ship your order. In such instances, Tanah Essential Oil Company will absorb any additional shipping costs.
